Central Park.

We walked through a lot of Central Park today. It was a good day for a stroll in the park, although it was cold, cold, cold. We saw lots of squirrels scampering about and many groups of robins. The sunshine through the trees and behind the skyscrapers was spectacular. A huge park in the middle of New York – what a great idea.

New York City (3): Manhattan (2).

We took Manhattan again today. We went to the American Natural History Museum, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Wall Street, Ground Zero, and Battery Park. We also walked around Brooklyn a bit and got dinner. It was a great day. We did a lot of walking and saw a lot.

Oh, and a happy, happy birthday to my Opa, 85 years young today.
