Our friend Alex came to Chicago this evening and we were able to spend a few hours with him. We met him in Seoul a couple years ago and had spent a lot of time together there. It was great to catch up.
We ate in at Cho Sun Ok, the Korean restaurant down the street. It was a lot of food, but we ate like we were back in Mok-Dong.
A big kam-sa-ham-ni-da to Alex for taking the time to come out and see us. It was good to see you, and we realize how much we miss eating, talking, and laughing with you.
I just wish we could have eaten meatballs. I arranged this meeting specifically to use that joke.
