We went up to the 86th floor of the Empire State Building. The view was fantastic. We could see all the rivers, the Statue of Liberty, and the many, many skyscrapers. It was surreal to be looking down on all of it. The view reminded us of the one afforded from the observation deck way up in the Tokyo Metropolitan Building: incredible, mind-boggling, and beautiful.
